Extend CIG Grants Through September 30, 2028
The Department proposes to allow 39 Title I, Part C Consortium Incentive Grant (ALN 84.144F) projects to receive funding for up to two additional 12-month periods, with the project period not to exceed September 30, 2028. The proposal includes a waiver of 34 CFR 75.261(b)(2) so continuation awards may be issued in FY2026 and potentially FY2027, pending availability of FY2027 funds.
