Redesigned Devices Can Keep Selling
If you make or sell the redesigned light-based physiological measurement devices, the U.S. International Trade Commission found on April 17, 2026 that those redesigned products do not infringe the asserted Masimo/Cercacor patents. Because of that finding, the redesigned devices will not be excluded from being sold in the United States and the combined modification/enforcement proceeding was terminated.
