Dutch Mushroom Importers Hit with Antidumping Fees

Published Date: 4/23/2026

Notice

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that Okechamp B.V. from the Netherlands sold preserved mushrooms in the U.S. at unfairly low prices between late 2022 and early 2024. Because of this, antidumping duties will apply, meaning Okechamp may have to pay extra fees on their sales. These final results take effect on April 23, 2026, impacting importers and sellers of these mushrooms.

High All-Others Cash Deposit Rate Continues

For shipments entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after April 23, 2026, cash deposit requirements apply: company-specific cash deposit rates equal the weighted-average dumping margins from this review, and the cash deposit rate for all other producers or exporters remains 132.97 percent.

Importers: File Reimbursement Certificate or Risk Double Duties

This notice reminds importers they must file a certificate about reimbursement of antidumping duties under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) before liquidation of the relevant entries from the review period. If importers fail to file the certificate, Commerce may presume reimbursement occurred and assess double antidumping duties.

Okechamp Hit With $0.44/kg Duty

Commerce found Okechamp B.V. sold preserved mushrooms at less than normal value for November 3, 2022 through April 30, 2024 and determined a weighted-average dumping margin of $0.44 per kilogram (net drained weight). Commerce intends to collect antidumping cash deposits from Okechamp on a per-unit basis for shipments entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after April 23, 2026.
