Review Canceled — No New Duties
If you import or export circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP) from Taiwan, the Department of Commerce canceled the antidumping administrative review for November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. Because there were no suspended entries by any of the 12 companies during that period, there will be no extra duties or money changes for importers or exporters as a result of this review.
Cash Deposit Rates Remain Unchanged
Commerce stated that because it rescinded the review, current cash deposit requirements for antidumping duties on CWP from Taiwan will remain in effect until further notice. If you currently pay cash deposits on these imports, your required deposit rate does not change as a result of this rescission.
Duty Assessment At Entry Deposit Rate
Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties on appropriate entries at the cash deposit rate that applied at the time of entry or withdrawal for consumption. Commerce intends to issue those assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after the rescission was published (publication date April 29, 2026).
