New Maintenance Rules for Dassault Falcons
If you operate certain Dassault MYSTERE‑FALCON 20‑C5, 20‑D5, 20‑E5, or 20‑F5 airplanes, the FAA AD effective June 18, 2026 requires you to revise your maintenance or inspection program to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations specified in EASA AD 2025-0126. You must complete the revision within 90 days after the AD's effective date. The FAA estimates the rule affects 61 U.S.-registered airplanes and gives a cost estimate of $7,650 (90 work‑hours × $85/hour) per operator for the retained actions and $7,650 (90 work‑hours × $85/hour) per operator for the new actions.
