Must revise maintenance program by June 18

If you operate Dassault FAN JET FALCON or FAN JET FALCON Series C–G airplanes, you must revise your maintenance or inspection program to incorporate the new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations specified in EASA AD 2025-0125. The AD is effective June 18, 2026, and the FAA requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program within 90 days after the effective date of this AD. The FAA estimates this revision takes 90 work‑hours per operator at $85/hour, with an estimated cost of $7,650 per operator for the retained actions and $7,650 per operator for the new actions, and the rule affects 32 U.S.-registered airplanes.

No alternative inspections without FAA/EASA approval

After you revise your maintenance or inspection program as required, you may not use alternative actions or intervals (for example, different inspections or different intervals) unless those alternatives are approved as specified in the referenced EASA AD materials. Requests for alternative methods of compliance (AMOCs) must be approved by the Manager, International Validation Branch, FAA, following the procedures in 14 CFR 39.19.
