One-time funding for five behavioral clinics

The law provides one-time money to fully run five certified community behavioral health clinics. DHHS gets $1,000,000 in 2025-26 and $1,000,000 in 2026-27 from the General Fund. It also gets $3,403,037 and $3,343,622 from federal funds in 2025-26 and 2026-27. It also gets $81,818 and $79,698 from a federal block grant in those years. The money helps hire clinical and office staff and improve services. It enables the enhanced federal Medicaid match and supports patients at these clinics, including Medicaid enrollees.

DHHS must work with behavioral clinics

The Department of Health and Human Services must keep working with certified community behavioral health clinics. They decide how to use available funds to reach full implementation. This aims to improve how services are delivered to clinic patients.
