Better emergency maps for New Hampshire schools
The Department of Education can use the state’s school infrastructure fund to build a central database of detailed maps for New Hampshire public schools. The maps use standard names for rooms and areas and show key building and grounds features. Police, fire, EMS, and school emergency teams use them to respond faster and work from the same picture. The law takes effect upon passage.
