Para crear la "Ley para la Identificación, Protección y Atención Diferenciada de Personas con Trastornos Neurocognitivos Mayores en Puerto Rico", a los fines de establecer un sistema de identificación voluntaria especializada para personas diagnosticadas con trastornos neurocognitivos mayores; establecer protocolos de atención prioritaria diferenciada en servicios de salud y agencias del Gobierno de Puerto Rico; establecer un protocolo de intervención policial proactiva para la atención de estas personas; ordenar la capacitación obligatoria del personal de agencias y cuerpos de seguridad; establecer sanciones por incumplimiento; asignar funciones a las agencias concernidas; y para otros fines relacionados.
