State must keep bank info private

Tennessee tightens its public records rules. State agencies and other covered record holders must keep bank account information confidential. This includes debit card numbers and PINs or authorization codes; bank account numbers; routing numbers; bank names and locations; and account-holder names, taxpayer ID numbers, and addresses tied to the account. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
