Permanent access for Parcel 74 owners
The law approves perpetual access easements so Parcel 74 can cross parts of Parcel 75 on St. Croix. Beginning June 4, 2025, Parcel 74 has a permanent right to enter and leave across the marked areas of Parcel 75. The route is shown on Public Works Drawing No. 191, and terms are in the “Grant Of Access Easement” approved January 23, 2025. If you own Parcel 74, you gain guaranteed access. If you own Parcel 75, those parts of your land are now burdened by the easement. This is not a sale or lease and the right runs with the land.
