The law amends Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20 for St. Croix. Plot Nos. 36 and 37, Estate Richmond (Parcel 11, Matr No. 1AL, Company Quarter) now change from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered). Each plot is about 0.11 acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 103 dated July 7, 1945. This change updates what uses and building rules apply on these two parcels.
