The law changes zoning for the Remainder of Estate Beeston Hill (South Portion), Matricular No. 6a, Company Quarter, St. Croix. It moves 15.942 acres from R-1 (low-density) to R-3 (medium-density). Owners can build more homes than before under R-1. But the parcel must be used only for housing. No stores, offices, or other nonresidential uses are allowed, even if R-3 allows them elsewhere.
