One-time grant for Chippewa Valley mental health center

The law creates a DHS grant line for an integrated mental health facility. DHS must award a one-time grant in fiscal year 2025-26 to Rogers Behavioral Health. The grant funds building a Chippewa Valley facility with crisis stabilization and residential treatment. It also includes partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient care and supportive living. The facility serves adolescents and adults. Before payment, Rogers must send a letter of intent and proof of land purchase or lease. The budget shows $0 for 2025-26 and 2026-27, and this authority ends July 1, 2027.
