Easier access to Wisconsin jobs programs

The law makes it easier to get Transform Milwaukee Jobs and Transitional Jobs. You no longer need to be unemployed for 4 weeks. You can qualify even if you have not filed for unemployment benefits, or if you filed but are not eligible. Other rules stay the same: age 18+ (and if over 25, you must be a parent or primary caregiver), household income under 150% of the federal poverty level, not in Wisconsin Works, and required substance use screening or treatment.
