The $130 fee to file LLC articles is waived. This applies when all members or organizers are student entrepreneurs. A student entrepreneur now includes anyone enrolled in a Wisconsin college or university. It also includes students in Wisconsin public, private, or tribal high schools. It also includes students in a home-based private educational program defined in s. 115.001 (3g). The law takes effect on the first day of the second month after publication. The change applies to articles filed on that date.
