Expands the Hot Springs National Park boundaries to add many specific parcels of land. It includes named fractional parts of sections in township 2 south, range 19 west (parts of sections 33, 34, 27, 22, 15, 16, 21, 20, 28, 29, 30, and 31), parts of sections in township 2 south, range 20 west (all of section 36 and parts of section 35), parts of sections 1 and 2 in township 3 south, range 20 west, and parts of section 6 in township 3 south, range 19 west. It also adds city property: blocks 27, 189, 195, and 196 in Hot Springs; lots 8–13 in block 125; lots 4, 5, 7–14 in block 188; Fountain Street beside lot 13 of block 125 and blocks 195 and 196; Reserve Avenue from Palm Street to Cypress Street; and two unnamed streets twenty feet wide that run from Fountain Street to the Government boundary between blocks 125 and 195 and between blocks 195 and 196. Any or all of these lands, when acquired by the Secretary of the Interior for the United States, will become and remain part of Hot Springs National Park and will follow the laws and rules that apply to the park.
