Join and Comment on Virtual Meetings

You can join the Texas Advisory Committee’s virtual meetings on January 14, 2025 and January 28, 2025 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. CT via the ZoomGov webinar link. Any interested member of the public may listen and speak during the open comment period, and you may also submit written comments by email to the Designated Federal Officer within 30 days following each meeting.

Closed Captioning and Accommodations Available

Closed captioning will be available for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or who have certain cognitive or learning impairments. If you need additional accommodations, you must email the Support Services Specialist at least 10 business days prior to the meeting to request them.
