How to Participate and Legal Consequences
Any person may file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment on docket CP25-83-000 by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 5, 2025 at no fee using FERC eFiling or by mail. If no protest is filed (or a protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time), the proposed activity is deemed authorized the day after the protest period; if a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days, the Commission will consider the request. Only intervenors have the right to request rehearing and later challenge Commission orders in U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal; timely unopposed motions to intervene are automatically granted, while late motions must show good cause.
