Pipelines Propose 2025 Penalty Splits
Two natural gas companies — Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. (Docket RP25-964-000) and Cove Point LNG, LP (Docket RP25-965-000) — filed proposals on June 24, 2025 about 2025 overrun and penalty revenue distribution. The filings concern how penalty revenues would be distributed for 2025; they do not set new pipeline rates. The public may review the filings in FERC’s eLibrary by docket number.
