Oil Pipeline Reporting Continues
FERC will extend the existing reporting requirements for oil pipeline companies using FERC Form No. 6 (annual) and FERC Form No. 6-Q (quarterly). The Commission published a 60-day notice on March 26, 2025 and received no comments, so the yearly and quarterly filing routine for pipeline companies will remain in place.
