OFA Costs Added to FY2025 License Fees
If you hold a license under Part I of the Federal Power Act, the Commission accepted $6,493,828 of other federal agencies' costs to include in the administrative annual charges for fiscal year 2025. These accepted costs come from FY2024 submissions and will be reflected in the FY2025 annual charges.
8% of Reported OFA Costs Disallowed
The Commission found that 8% of the total reported OFA costs were unreasonable and did not accept them for inclusion in FY2025 charges. Of $7,054,106 reported for FY2024, $6,493,828 was accepted and the remaining amount (8%) was disallowed because of documentation shortcomings.
