Clean Water Act Section 401 Certification Needed
Gulfstream LNG states a water quality certificate under Clean Water Act section 401 is required from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality for the project; Gulfstream LNG should submit to FERC a copy of its request for certification and either the certifying agency's decision or evidence of waiver when available.
