Florida Gas Transmission Company proposes a South Central Alabama Project to reallocate 25,000 MMBtu/d of existing transportation, increase mainline capacity, and construct facilities to allow up to an additional 170,000 MMBtu/d of firm transportation service for delivery in FGT's Western Division. The project covers facilities in Greene County, Mississippi; Mobile and Escambia Counties, Alabama; and Santa Rosa County, Florida, and has an estimated cost of $67,500,000.

If no timely protest is filed, or if a protest is filed and then withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time for filing a protest, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the protest period; only intervenors have the right to request rehearing and to challenge Commission orders in the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
