The Order does not apply to U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals, members of the U.S. armed forces and associated personnel (with required assurances), U.S. government personnel serving overseas (with assurances), or persons excepted by customs officers with supervisor approval or provisionally excepted by CDC under a DHS‑approved process with public health mitigation protocols.
