You cannot enter the Columbia River near Howard Amon Park between River Miles 337 and 338 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 27, 2026 and June 28, 2026 unless the Captain of the Port (or their representative) gives you permission. To request permission, contact the Captain of the Port on VHF-FM channel 16 or by telephone at (833) 769-8724.
