FERC extends PURPA paperwork requirement

FERC is extending the FERC-912 information collection (OMB Control No. 1902-0237) for three years with no changes. Electric utilities and qualifying facilities (small power producers and cogeneration facilities) must continue to file notifications under PURPA Section 210(m) (see 18 CFR 292.310–292.313). Comments on the collection are due September 8, 2026.
