Missile Cable Landowner Form Requirement
If you are a landowner or tenant on or near the Hardened Intersite Cable System (HICS) right-of-way, the Air Force may ask you to complete AF Form 3951 (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Hardened Intersite Cable Right-of-Way Landowner Questionnaire). The collection applies to 2,834 respondents, is submitted on occasion, takes about 15 minutes per response, and totals 709 annual burden hours.
