Finalized Flood Map Changes for Listed Communities

FEMA finalized new or modified Base Flood Elevations (BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone designations, and regulatory floodways as shown in the Letters of Map Revision (LOMRs) for the communities listed in the table. Each LOMR revises the community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and, in some cases, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report; the LOMRs were finalized on the dates shown in the table (May 13, 2026 through June 12, 2026). If you own or lease property in any of the listed communities, FEMA encourages you to review the final flood hazard information at the community map repository or online at the FEMA Map Service Center.

Use Current Community Number For Policies

FEMA states that the current effective community number shown in the LOMR must be used for all new flood insurance policies and renewals for the listed communities. The finalized LOMRs and community map repository addresses are provided in the table, and maps are available online at the FEMA Map Service Center.
