Oklahoma SNAP: Candy and Soda Excluded
If you receive SNAP benefits in Oklahoma, the State requested a demonstration project to change the SNAP definition of food to exclude "candy and soft drinks." FNA approved Oklahoma's initial demonstration request on August 4, 2025, and the State set an implementation date of February 15, 2026.
