Became Law
This law expands the Federal Permitting Improvement Program under the FAST Act to include computer-related projects. It adds semiconductors, artificial intelligence and machine learning, high-performance computing and advanced computer hardware and software, quantum information science and technology, data storage and data management, and cybersecurity to the list of qualifying projects. That makes these tech and research projects eligible for the FAST Act federal permitting process so developers and federal permitting officials can use coordinated federal review and approvals.

117-s-1404, Ghost Army Congressional Gold Medal Act
This law awards a Congressional Gold Medal to the 23d Headquarters Special Troops and the 3133d Signal Service Company, known as the Ghost Army, in recognition of their World War II deception operations in Europe. The Secretary of the Treasury will strike the gold medal with suitable emblems and inscriptions and give it to the Smithsonian for display and research, with a sense of Congress that the Smithsonian should make the medal available for display at other locations tied to the Ghost Army. The Secretary may also strike and sell duplicate bronze medals at prices that cover production costs, and the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund will pay the medal costs and receive proceeds from duplicate sales.
