Summary
Clears a 90-day path for processing pending 5G spectrum license applications. This law authorizes the Federal Communications Commission to process, within 90 days of enactment, applications for licenses or permits in the 2496 to 2690 megahertz band from applicants the Commission selected through competitive bidding on or before March 9, 2023 and to whom the Commission had not granted a license or permit as of enactment. It creates a narrow, time-limited duty for the agency to act on those specific auction winners.
