Blocks one weapons sale to Israel
If enacted, this would block the specific foreign military sale in Transmittal No. 24-13. It would stop sending 2,166 GBU-39/B Small Diameter Bombs and 2,800 MK-82 500-pound bomb bodies. It would also block 13,000 KMU-556 JDAM guidance kits for MK-84, 3,475 KMU-557 kits for BLU-109, and 1,004 KMU-572 kits for GBU-38v1. It would stop 17,475 FMU-152A/B fuzes and related items too. That includes FMU-139 fuzes, bomb parts, support gear, spare parts, repair and return, and U.S. government and contractor support services. The ban would apply to the sale listed in the Congressional Record on February 10, 2025, and would take effect upon enactment.
