More DoD access for National Guard
If enacted, this bill would add the National Guard Relief Foundation to two lists in title 10, U.S. Code. It would let the Foundation be eligible to receive Department of Defense space and services under existing military welfare society authorities. It would also let the Foundation be treated as an authorized non‑Federal group for some DoD programs that include service members. The change would take effect upon enactment. It does not create new funding or change benefit amounts or eligibility beyond listing the Foundation.
