Annotated Constitution goes digital; print ends

This bill would move the Annotated Constitution from hardbound books to free digital editions on the Library of Congress website. After the Supreme Court’s October 2025 term, the Library would post digital pocket-part supplements after each odd-numbered October term except those ending in 1. After the October 2031 term, the Library would post a full revised digital edition, and then every ten terms after that. The Librarian would ensure these files stay available to Congress and the public. Printing authority would end: after the October 2025 term, editions would be provided only in digital form, and Congress would not order extra printed copies.
