Yearly audits of DHS intelligence data

DHS would send audit results to the named congressional committees within 30 days after each audit ends. DHS would notify those committees within 30 days after first using any new bulk data set and after any changes to its terms. The bill would define bulk data as large data sets gathered without selection terms. Within four years, GAO would review how the audits were carried out and suggest fixes.
