No Pentagon or White House funds for presidential tribute parades

If enacted, the Department of Defense and the White House (including the Executive Office of the President) would be barred from using their funds for any parade they sponsor that specifically honors the sitting President. Other parades, or parades sponsored by others, would not be covered. The bill text provides no exceptions or penalties. This could slightly reduce event spending and vendor work tied to such parades.
