End and block Grand Canyon monument

If enacted, this bill would void Presidential Proclamation 10606 (Aug. 8, 2023; 88 Fed. Reg. 55331). It would undo the Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni-Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument. It would also bar any new or expanded monument in that mapped area unless Congress expressly authorizes it. The map is dated August 5, 2023. People and local businesses in the area could see fewer land-use limits, but less protection and changes to recreation. These changes would take effect upon enactment.
