Higher axle loads for dry bulk

This bill would let some commercial trucks hauling defined dry bulk goods carry more weight on each axle. It would allow up to 110% of the statutory maximum on any axle or axle group, and that 110% already counts any enforcement tolerance. The cargo must be homogeneous, unmarked, unpackaged, nonliquid, and in a trailer made for that purpose. It would not change the vehicle's maximum gross vehicle weight limit.
