Easier exports for reusable drones

If enacted, this bill would treat certain reusable military drones as manned aircraft for export reviews. These covered unmanned aircraft systems and related items (CUASIs) must be ITAR-controlled, listed in the MTCR Annex, and designed to be reusable. The bill would say CUASIs are not missile technology under MTCR rules. Within 180 days after enactment, the President would have to amend ITAR parts 120.23 and 121.1 to reflect these changes.
