Protect VA union bargaining rights
This bill would protect collective bargaining at the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you work for the VA and are represented by an exclusive union, any collective bargaining agreement in effect on March 26, 2025 would remain in force through its stated term. The bill would also declare Executive Order 14251 and Executive Order 14343 to have no force or effect with respect to the VA. It would bar the VA from using Federal funds to carry out those orders. If enacted, these changes would take effect upon enactment.
