More adaptive sports access for veterans
If enacted, this bill would remove the one-year post-separation limit on veterans joining the Department of Defense adaptive sports program. Veterans would be able to join even if more than one year passed since their separation. The change would take effect upon enactment. This expands access to adaptive sports and related rehabilitation services. It is not a new cash payment.
