Summary
Remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities against Iran. This bill would direct the President, under section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to withdraw U.S. forces from hostilities with Iran while allowing only units needed to defend the United States or an ally or partner from an imminent attack, and it conditions any continued use on full compliance with section 5(b) of the War Powers Resolution.
