Summary
Requires Congress to authorize any new or expanded national monument in Arizona. This bill would amend Title 54, United States Code, section 320301(d) by inserting "or Arizona" after "Wyoming" in two places. The change expands the geographic scope of an existing restriction so that national monuments may not be established or extended in Arizona except by express Congressional authorization. It aligns Arizona with the existing limitation that currently applies to Wyoming.
