Summary
This bill would give members of Congress and staff _lawful access to Indian reservations along the U.S.–Mexico border_ to inspect security conditions. It would let them enter any reservation that includes 50 or more contiguous miles of the international boundary to assess national security, public safety, and the integrity of the United States–Mexico boundary. Access explicitly extends to roadways and easements located on "Indian country" as defined in 18 U.S.C. 1151.
