Summary
Would exempt certain health care and first responder earnings from Social Security's retirement earnings test during COVID and future public health emergencies. The bill would create a temporary retroactive exclusion for wages paid Jan 31, 2020 through May 11, 2023 and a broader framework to exclude similar wages during any Health and Human Services declared public health emergency.
