New CRSP Transmission Formula Rates
If CRSP decides to join the Southwest Power Pool (SPP), new interim formula rates for transmission and ancillary services (Rate Schedules CRCMT-ATRR, CRCMT-AS1, and CRCMT-PTP) will be placed into effect. These new formula rates will replace the existing transmission and ancillary service formula rates listed in the notice once CRSP becomes an SPP member.
Current Rates Remain Through 2028
The existing CRSP transmission and ancillary service rate schedules will remain in effect until they expire on December 31, 2028. Any replacement by the new CRCMT- series formula rates will occur only if CRSP becomes an SPP member, so customers keep current rates through December 31, 2028 unless that membership condition is met earlier.
