No Recall for Ironman iMove PT Tires

Hercules found that certain Ironman iMove PT radial tires did not fully meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 139. Hercules reported the issue on October 26, 2022 (amended November 28, 2022) and petitioned NHTSA; NHTSA granted the petition and decided the noncompliance is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety. If you own these tires, there will be no recall, required repairs, or extra costs because of this decision.
