UCX Pay Rates Rise for Ex-Servicemembers
If you are an ex-servicemember filing a UCX (Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers) first claim on or after January 1, 2026, your Federal military wages used to calculate benefits will be based on the revised 2026 Schedule of Remuneration when the Federal Claims Control Center (FCCC) indicates “no DD214 on file” and an affidavit process is used. The schedule lists pay-grade amounts (for example, O-10 monthly $24,711.56 / weekly $5,766.03 / daily $823.72 and E-1 monthly $5,146.43 / weekly $1,200.83 / daily $171.55) that states will use to compute UCX first-claim monetary determinations in those cases.
