The law adds Territories A, B, C, D(1), D(2), E(1), and E(2) to Daphne in Baldwin County. Territory A includes seven parcels; B includes one parcel; C is Lot 1A of the Simms-Foster Subdivision. D(1) covers 8.82 acres and D(2) covers 0.61 acres; E(1) covers 12.99 acres and E(2) covers 0.81 acres. The boundary change took effect immediately upon enactment. A map showing the added land is open for public inspection at the Baldwin County Judge of Probate’s office. The law does not specify changes to household taxes, services, or eligibility, and creates no new state programs or funding.
